The objectives and foresight that our founders envisioned and firmly believed in from the start were to be able to improve the living conditions of our tenants on the properties we acquire and to be able to provide amenities that they can use on a daily basis. For instance, a gym to exercise in, a business center to complete their work or homework, a clubhouse to host family gatherings, a playground for their children to enjoy, and the list goes on.

The most essential part of our property is our tenants, and it is our aim for them to feel secure and proud of their homes. We want our residents to be able to say with pride, “This is where I grew up as a child,” or “This is the ideal place to raise our children,” when referring to EEG Management homes.
